In order to continually improve our services, we mail a Quality Assurance Survey Questionnaire after every project completion that asks our Clients to rate our performance.

The following table represents the results of 552 responses from 2003 through 2011:

*ProDoc™ Project Documentation***	93.3% of Clients said our project closeout documentation met or exceeded their liability/regulatory requirements
